Billy Joel Concert Raffle DetailsThe Billy Joel Raffle is for one of two pairs of tickets to the 8 PM, Friday, July 18, 2008 Billy Joel concert at Shea Stadium in Queens, NY. Drawing will close at 12 noon on July 14, 2008. Two winners will be chosen, each will receive one pair of tickets. Winners will be notified by Tuesday, July 15 and tickets will be overnighted to winner on Tuesday, July 15, 2008. Winners are responsible for all other expenses, including travel, parking, etc.
